I would highly recommend GX Home Improvements. We were badly let down by a national window company who did a very shoddy job of installing new windows at a very inflated price. Not only did Renny help us get our money back by writing a report for us, he gave us a very reasonable quote to reinstall new windows and rectify the mess that this company had made of our house. They were at pains to make sure that we were happy with the service and products every step of the way. The installation crew were polite, kind and understanding of my health condition and were brilliant at tidying up, laying dust sheets and going the extra mile. They were respectful of our home and nothing was too much trouble. The service and interest taken by Renny and GX Home Improvements was brilliant; with phone calls and visits to make sure everything was going well. It was so lovely, to be treated with respect and valued as a customer. No hard sales tactics, no pressure, just good old fashioned excellent service! Thank you.
